  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    YES. Customer provides their own lock so they are the only one with access to their unit.

  • Are your storage units gated?

    Gated access to facility from 5AM – 10pm 7 days a week (customer can select their own access code)

  • Do I have to commit to be in a unit at a specific time/date?

    NO. All leases are month to month.

  • Do you have humidity/climate controlled units?

    NO. Not at this time.

  • Can I come look at the units before I sign a lease?

    Yes. Our staff is available to show you the different size units that are available, just give us a call at 812-547-2652 and we can set up a time to look at the unit(s) you may be interested in.

  • How do I make a payment on my rental unit?

    You can make a one-time payment 24/7 with no processing fees or your account can be setup for automatic payment processing.

    Cash, check and money order payments can be made M, T, W, Th from 10-4:00 and Friday from 9-1:00 at 917 Tell Street


    Payments are due on the 1st of each month


    There is a $10 late fee if the payment is not in the office by the 10th of each month & security codes are suspended until payment is posted.


    What if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday? Payment must be in the office by 4:30pm on the last business day before that to avoid late fee.
